First Impressions
Harmony House makes an immediate statement. Its contemporary façade combines white render, timber detailing, and dark framed glazing for a distinctly Scandinavian inspired look. A shingle driveway adds a laid-back coastal feel while offering generous off-road parking. “It’s a bit of a party house,” Millie notes, hinting at the sociable scale of the home. A sleek integrated garage completes the exterior composition.
Inside, the entrance hallway feels bright and expansive, finished with large format polished concrete style tiles and lit from above by a skylight. “It’s just incredibly spacious,” Millie says, highlighting how the ground floor flows naturally into the main living areas. Curved architectural details soften the space, while concealed storage keeps the hallway visually clean.
A floating staircase with black vertical balustrades becomes an architectural focal point, setting the tone for the design-led interior beyond.

Kitchen and Living Spaces
The kitchen is clearly conceived as the heart of the home. A granite island with waterfall edges anchors the space, paired with brass pendant lighting and black cabinetry. A barn style door conceals a walk-in pantry, allowing the main kitchen to remain calm and uncluttered.
“They’ve really made the most of every corner,” Millie observes, opening integrated storage and appliances that support modern family life. A hidden door leads to a generously sized utility room with its own sink, appliances, storage, and direct access to the garden and garage.

The open plan layout continues into the dining area, while the adjoining snug offers flexibility. Finished in wood herringbone flooring, it can be opened up for entertaining or closed off as “a little retreat” for quieter moments.

Garden and Entertaining
At the rear, the garden is designed for both hosting and family life. A raised patio provides multiple seating areas and a hot tub, while a large artificial lawn offers low maintenance outdoor space. “You essentially have half a football pitch in your own garden,” Millie says, complete with a treehouse for children.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs, four bedrooms are arranged around a light filled landing. Two are currently styled as teenage rooms, their darker tones balanced by generous natural light. The family bathroom feels fresh and modern, with white tiling, black accents, a freestanding bath, and a large walk-in shower.

One bedroom is designed with younger children in mind, featuring a climbing frame and slide that add a playful dimension to the home.

The Prinicipal Suite
The tour culminates in the principal suite, which Millie describes as her favorite space. The ensuite bathroom features an oversized rainfall shower, double basins, and timber detailing that echoes the home’s Scandinavian exterior.
The bedroom itself feels “like a really cool hotel suite,” anchored by a sculptural, wave inspired bath set against timber paneling. Soft lighting, layered textures, and a Juliet balcony elevate the suite into a true private retreat.
