We jumped in at the construction phase, filming on-site amid partially built homes. Our host conducted an on-site tour of the show home and the development layout, using vivid descriptions and visuals (e.g. pointing out where custom features could be chosen) to position the development as a unique opportunity. We highlighted the lifestyle and future community, not just the shells of houses, helping viewers imagine the finished product. This content was shared as a feature video on YouTube and a series of photo/video updates on Instagram and Facebook to build sustained interest. Sale agreed on two plots as a result of our feature.

Filmed as part of The New Build Show, the presenter-led tour showcased the home’s key features through cinematic visuals and natural dialogue, appealing to both property fans and competition entrants. Supporting social content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook boosted reach and engagement, with the eventual winner even purchasing their ticket through our unique URL. This drove strong audience crossover between The New Build Show and 7 Days Performance, increasing brand awareness and competition entries.
