Plot Four. Designed Around the View
Plot Four, at just over 3,750 square feet, opens directly to sweeping countryside.

“Placemaking is really important to us. It needs to feel like you’re coming home the second you enter this site.”
Mature landscaping, varied driveway materials and bespoke oak front doorways create individuality across the five detached homes, three of which remain available.

“As soon as you walk in, you can see straight through to the back to the open countryside."
Inside, Porcelanosa wood plank tiles, oak doors and a glass inset staircase create a unified material palette that appears throughout the development.

The kitchen is one of the elements she discusses most thoughtfully.
“Developers can be too technical. We forget that it is someone’s home and it has to be functional.”
The island is positioned with generous walkways, surrounded by NEFF appliances, dual sinks and a full-size fridge and freezer to support the needs of a six-bedroom household. A separate utility room connects logically to the garage.

Sliding bifold doors open to a patio and a half-acre paddock jointly owned by all the residents. The uninterrupted view extends across green belt land that ensures long-term protection. The lounge features its own bifolds with soft carpeting to create a warmer, more relaxed atmosphere. A versatile room near the entrance serves as a study or playroom, and underfloor heating warms the entire ground floor.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, including the principal suite. Cassidy Homes intentionally designs the three secondary rooms to be similar in size and each includes a dressing area and ensuite.

The principal bedroom features a half-height wall framing a super-king bed, positioned to take in the floor-to-ceiling countryside views. The ensuite continues the premium feel with full Porcelanosa tiling and sanitaryware from Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe.

The top floor adds two flexible rooms with natural light, often adapted into offices or cinema spaces.

Plot Six. A Broader Framework for Living
At just over 4,000 square feet, Plot Six introduces an L-shaped layout that expands the entertaining spaces.

The homes offer continuity in design as the kitchen includes includes NEFF appliances, Franke sinks and two sets of bifold doors opening to two patios, creating a dual zone environment for gatherings. Additionally, a side wing contains a study that owners have used for gyms or home offices, along with a utility and direct access to the double garage.

Upstairs, two rooms function as potential primary suites. Rosey prefers the one with the open countryside view.
“I can really picture myself sat in bed in the morning drinking coffee looking out.”
The second option offers a large dressing room and ensuite and is left open for buyers to select their own wardrobe finishes.

Two additional bedrooms on this level include ensuites and abundant natural light.

The top floor again features two rooms and a shared bathroom designed to feel integrated through oversized engineering, VELUX windows and a fully open glass staircase.

A Gated Countryside Setting with Regional Reach
The homes sit behind private gates with intercom access in every plot. Although the development is surrounded by rural landscape, it is approximately ten minutes from Birmingham International station, placing London within an hour.

Rosey concludes the tour by inviting viewers to consider which layout suits them best. Each home interprets countryside living through thoughtful design and practical planning.
